1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or enrolling in any consultation, program, or service offered by The Golden Life Holistic Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use this website or enroll in services.
2. Nature of Services
All services are provided within a consulting and educational framework.
Services may include:
Health strategy consultations
Lab interpretation (educational review)
Structured support programs
Concierge text guidance
Educational recommendations
Services do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency care.
Participation does not establish a doctor–patient relationship.
Clients are responsible for maintaining care with their licensed primary care provider or specialist.
3. Eligibility
By enrolling in services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age
You understand services are consultative in nature
You accept full responsibility for your health decisions
4. Payment Terms
Full payment or enrollment in an approved payment plan is required prior to the start of services.
For structured programs:
Payment plans must be completed before the final reassessment phase
Payment schedules are agreed upon at enrollment
Failure to complete payments may result in:
Immediate pause of services
Suspension of concierge text access
Withholding of further scheduling
All fees are listed in U.S. dollars.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of consultative services, all payments are final.
No refunds are provided once services have commenced.
If a client chooses to discontinue early, remaining payments under a structured plan remain due according to the agreed schedule.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered.
If a chargeback is initiated, The Golden Life Holistic Care reserves the right to:
Suspend services immediately
Submit documentation to the payment processor
Pursue collection of unpaid balance
7. Concierge Text Support
Concierge text access is available only to clients enrolled in qualifying structured programs.
Availability:
Monday–Friday 9AM–6PM EST
Limited Saturday hours
No Sundays or holidays
Response time is typically within several business hours but may take up to 24 business hours.
Text support is for non-emergency guidance only.
Emergency concerns must be directed to 911 or a licensed medical provider.
8. No Guarantees
Results vary based on individual physiology, adherence, underlying conditions, and external factors.
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
9. Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that:
They are voluntarily participating
They are responsible for implementing recommendations
They will consult their licensed healthcare provider before making medical decisions
The Golden Life Holistic Care is not liable for outcomes resulting from implementation of recommendations.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including but not limited to:
Educational documents
Protocol outlines
Guides
Written recommendations
Website content
are the intellectual property of The Golden Life Holistic Care.
Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Golden Life Holistic Care shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of income
Medical complications
Decisions made outside of consultation
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
12. Confidentiality
Client information is kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy standards.
However, electronic communication carries inherent risks. By engaging in text or online services, you acknowledge and accept those risks.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida.
14. Modifications
The Golden Life Holistic Care reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
