How to Use HSA/FSA

Many of our services may be eligible for payment using your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

This allows you to use pre-tax dollars toward your health and wellness.

What Can HSA/FSA Be Used For?

Depending on your plan, eligible services may include:

• Acupuncture treatments

• Naturopathic consultations (when medically necessary)

• Lab testing and related services

Because every plan is different, we recommend confirming your specific benefits with your provider.

How Payment Works

Option 1: Pay Directly with Your HSA/FSA Card

If your card is accepted at checkout, you can use it just like a regular debit card.

Option 2: Pay Out of Pocket & Request Reimbursement

If your card is not accepted:

1. Pay for your session using your preferred payment method

2. Request a Superbill after your visit

3. Submit the Superbill to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement

What Is a Superbill?

A Superbill is a detailed receipt that includes:

• Services provided

• Provider information

• Applicable codes (when appropriate)
