Most people are surprised by how comfortable acupuncture feels.
The needles used are very thin, and sensations are typically mild—such as a slight pressure, warmth, or tingling.
Many patients feel relaxed during treatment and may even fall asleep.
All new patients begin with an Initial Consultation & Treatment.
This first visit includes both an assessment and treatment in the same session, allowing us to begin care while also determining the best path forward.
Your first session includes a full consultation and treatment.
We’ll go through your health history, discuss what’s been going on, and begin care based on what your body needs that day.
Each session is personalized and may include different therapies such as acupuncture, cupping, or other supportive techniques as appropriate.
Care is focused on supporting women through concerns such as:
hormone imbalances
perimenopause and menopause
irregular or painful cycles
fertility support
fatigue and stress-related symptoms
After your initial session, care may continue through follow-up visits or a more structured approach depending on your needs and goals.
Recommendations are based on how your body responds over time.

Out-of-state clients are supported through a personalized consulting approach. This does not include in-person treatment but follows the same method of care.
