Concierge Text Support Policy
Clients in concierge or combination support receive secure text access for ongoing guidance and check-ins.
Availability:
9 AM – 6 PM EST Monday through Friday
Saturdays: Limited (10 AM – 2 PM)
Sundays, holidays, and vacations: Unavailable (you’ll always be notified in advance for vacations)
Response Time:
Replies are typically within a few hours, but please allow up to 24 hours on business days.
This feature is designed for non-urgent questions, accountability, and updates not for urgent or emergency medical concerns.
If you ever experience an urgent or emergency concern, please contact your primary care physician or 911 immediately.
These boundaries ensure that you always receive thoughtful, grounded support and that I can stay fully present and recharged for every client.
Once we finalize your care path, I’ll handle all scheduling and follow-up details so you can simply focus on implementation and progress.
Do I need labs before we start?
Not always.
If labs exist, we integrate them. If not, we decide together whether testing is meaningful now or later, based on your history, goals, and current presentation.

Yes. Payment plans are available for structured care blocks and are scheduled to be completed before the final reassessment phase.
